以前裏技スレかなんかで見た
玉ねぎの皮をひたひたの水で煮る、が結構効いた。
しばらく煮てたら、焦げがボロボロっとはがれてきた。

うちでも定期的にフライパンを同じ方法で手入れしてます。レストランの
コックさんにおそわった。
ちゃんと熱して使えばそもそも焦げないはずなんだけど、ハンバーグ
はどうやっても無理らしい。
